Hi, my name is Pete Jorgensen, I would like to spend just a few minutes to let you get to know a little about myself. I have approximately 20 years of experience in the real estate and building industry. I was raised mainly here in California. After high school in Southern California, I attended Pierce College in the San Fernando Valley graduation with an AA degree in business. I obtained my first real-estate license in Florida in 1985, where I worked for Bill Harris Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, originating commercial leases and property management duties. In 1987, I relocated back to the west coast, where I started my first, of three, construction companies. The construction boom in the early 90's opened up some great opportunities for me in the Northwest, esp. in Oregon. I utilized both my real-estate and construction experience to build spec homes, and I also, ventured into commercial land development projects. With the new millennium, new and exciting opportunities developed for me, and family. We relocated to South Lake Tahoe, California, and I was eventually offered a position as a loan agent for Capital Finance. I now work for this great company originating and negotiating private investor real-estate loans.
I have really enjoyed all that has developed for me and family in the last few years. The team of individuals that I work with here at Capital Finance is some of the best people in this industry that I have met. In addition, I get to reap the benefits of living in beautiful Lake Tahoe. When I'm not in the office, you can bet, I'm out taking part in one of the many activities available in this area, possibly skiing, hiking, camping, or my personal favorite, fishing for some of California's largest trout here in Lake Tahoe.
