Rates and Terms:
Each loan is evaluated on an individual bases. We take a good look at recent comps for the property and will physically visit the property before the loans is closed. We charge between 4 to 6 points for loan origination. On average, our interest rates run 11% annual interest, with monthly interest only payments due through the term of the loan. A balloon payment of the balance will be due at the end of the term. The loan terms range between 1-5 years. We can do 65% Loan to Value, MAX. Same Day Approvals and Commitments. No appraisals required. No up front fees.
